Delivery is within Germany and to the following countries: Austria, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Finland, Denmark, Greece, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia

Differing Shipping Address
You can also have your order sent to a delivery address that differs from the billing address or to a Packstation (within Germany). You will not incur any additional costs as a result. You can enter the delivery address during the ordering process.
Delivery time
The delivery takes place within the delivery period specified for the respective product. If several items are ordered, the longest of the specified periods applies. In the case of payment in advance or direct bank transfer, it begins on the day after the payment order has been placed with the transferring bank or, in the case of payment by PayPal or direct bank transfer, on the day after placing your order and ends after expiry.
If the first or last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of dispatch or at the place of delivery, the next working day takes the place of such a day. The nationally recognized public holidays in North Rhine-Westphalia apply to the place of dispatch.
Goods returns / returns
Dear Customers
If you are not satisfied with the goods we have delivered, you can return the products to us within the 30-day cancellation period without giving a reason. In the case of complaints, this applies within the warranty period. The cancellation period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods. Details can be found in our cancellation policy.
General Notes on Payments
Obligations to reimburse payments in the event of cancellation must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for the customer with the dispatch of the cancellation or the item, for us with their receipt. In the event of a chargeback from our account, we will charge the customer the fees charged to us by the bank.
Please understand that for deliveries abroad only the payment methods in advance and PayPal are available.
PayPal
With PayPal you pay easily and securely with just 2 clicks. We receive your payment within seconds, so your goods can be shipped immediately if available. Your bank and credit card details will not be passed on to third parties.
Paying with PayPal is so quick and easy: After selecting the "PayPal" payment term and submitting your order in our shop, you will be automatically forwarded to PayPal's secure payment form. Please log in if you already have a PayPal account. Otherwise, click Create Account and follow the instructions.
Prepayment
With a payment in advance, you have a simple and secure payment method at your disposal.
If you have decided on this payment method, you can view all the information required to pay the invoice on the page that appears after you have clicked on the "Order with obligation to pay" button. You can also create a printout there. You will also receive an order confirmation from us by email with the same information. Please always state your customer number and the order number as reference in the transfer so that we can allocate your payment correctly.

As soon as the payment has been credited to our account, your goods will be shipped.
If the items you want are not in stock at this point, we will confirm receipt of the transfer and try to send the items to you as quickly as possible. Of course, you will not incur any additional costs for subsequent deliveries.
If after 7 days there is still no receipt of payment on our account, we will cancel your order.
